NetClose - Completed Tasks

Once a task has been approved and completed, its status will change to "Complete." There are multiple pages where you can view your completed tasks.

Completed Tasks on the Kanban Board

The first place you can go to view your completed tasks is on your Kanban board. To view to the Kanban / Task board navigate to NetClose > Tasks > Open Task Board. The column on the very right is where your completed tasks will be moved to once approved or marked as complete. If desired, you can apply filters such as "Assignee" or "Subsidiary" to view the completed tasks connected to a specific employee or subsidiary.

This is not your permanent list of completed tasks!
Please note that your completed tasks do not permanently live in this column. To keep your Kanban board from becoming too cluttered, your completed tasks only stay in the column for a predetermined amount of time.

On your "System Setup" page for NetClose, there is a field labeled "Days to Show Completed Tasks on Board". Here you can enter the desired amount of days you would like your completed tasks to remain on the Kanban board.

Completed Task on the Completed Tasks List

To view the page where your completed tasks permanently reside, navigate to NetClose > Tasks > Completed Task List. You can also navigate to the same page directly from your Kanban board. In the top right corner of your Kanban board there is a link that will take you directly to your completed tasks list.

By clicking into that link or by following NetClose > Tasks > Completed Task List you will be taken to your completed tasks list. Here you can filter by period and see all of your completed tasks. There even is another link to take you directly back to the Kanban board if desired.

Completed Task on the Close Tasks List

You can also view all your completed tasks by navigating to your "Close Task List" NetClose > Tasks > Close Task List. This page shows you all tasks, no matter what their status is. With the filters, you can filter by status and choose to see all your tasks whose status is "Complete."
