NetClose - Standard Task Email Notifications

Each task has four default email notification settings that you can update to your liking. These settings determine if you will be notified if certain changes have been made to your tasks. By default these boxes will be unchecked meaning, you will receive the notifications. To change these settings, navigate to NetClose > Lists > Tasks and open the task template you want to update. At the very bottom of the task page, you can see the following subtabs:

Ignore Assignee ChangeIf this box is checked, you will not be notified if the assignee of the task is changed.
Ignore notify Reviewer upon Submission for Review
If this box is checked, as the reviewer, you will not be notified if the task is submitted for review. 
Ignore notify Assignee upon "Send back for Edits"If this box is checked, as the assignee, you will not be notified if the task was sent back for edits.
Ignore notify Assignee upon Completion of Dependent TasksIf this box is checked, as the assignee, you will not be notified if a dependent task of this task has been completed.

Custom Email Notifications

Troubleshooting

If you have all your email settings enabled and you and your team are still not receiving any emails, please ensure that you have task emails enabled in the system settings. Navigate to NetClose > Setup > System Setup. On the setup page, under the 'General' subtab. ensure the 'enable task email notifications on trigger' box is checked.
