NetClose - Custom Task Email Notifications
In addition to the standard task email notifications, you can also create custom task email notifications. An example of a custom email notification would be to send an email to all NetClose users when tasks have been generated, or to send an email to specific users only when certain tasks' statuses have changed. The variety of automation fields allow tasks users to create unique email notifications for all kinds of situations.
To add custom notifications, begin by navigating to NetClose > Setup > Email Automation. You will be brought to your 'NetClose Email Automation List' page. Here you can see any existing email automations you have or you can use the 'New NetClose Email Automation' button to create a new email automation.
Creating a new NetClose Email Automation
Begin by clicking into the 'New NetClose Email Automation' button shown above. You will be navigated to the 'NetClose Email Automation' page with a wide variety of different fields and lists for you to choose from. With the use of these fields, you can design your own custom email notification. Don't forget to save your changes at the end!
