NetLessor - Variable Lease Terms
Purpose
The Variable Lease Terms report provides a detail listing of all leases marked as having variable lease payment terms. Lease variable rate details are added to a lease record within the Payments subtab. The box for Variable Rate Lease must be checked for the lease to show in this report.

How To
Navigation:
NetLessor > Reports (All or Management) > Variable Lease Terms > Run
Filtering:
The search can be narrowed down by adjusting the filters for commencement date and/or lease classification. The report will automatically update as filtering options are selected. Select the export button to download the report into Excel.

Results
Upon running the schedule, the user will see a list of leases with variable non-lease payments. Select the export button to download the report into Excel.
Troubleshooting
- If no data appears when you complete your search, navigate to the record that should be included on the report to make sure a termination options has been added to that lease.
