NetCash - How to Show Internal IDs
Overview
During the implementation process, your team may fill out data migration templates. On these templates, there are some fields that reference the Internal ID of a specific list (i.e. subsidiaries, departments, users, etc.) This article explains how to configure your NetSuite instance to show Internal IDs by default.
Step-by-step process
1. Navigate to Home > Set Preferences
2. Under the General subtab > Defaults section, select the checkbox Show Internal IDs
3. Select Save.
Now, Internal IDs should appear on your NetSuite list views.
