NetCash - Intro to NetCash
Overview
NetCash is Netgain's NetSuite-native bank reconciliation and cash management SuiteApp. It brings your bank and credit card activity into NetSuite, matches it against the general ledger, and reconciles your cash accounts - no separate system to log into and no exporting data back and forth. Reconciliation runs where your financial data already lives.
NetCash covers the full reconciliation cycle:
- Connect your accounts - pull bank and credit card activity in automatically through a direct bank API or third-party provider, or bring it in by CSV.
- Match to the GL - pair imported bank transactions to their NetSuite counterparts, one-to-one or grouped, and apply customer payments against open invoices and bills.
- Automate the repetitive work - automation rules match transactions, create transactions and transfers, and apply cash the same way every period, so only the exceptions need a person.
- Reconcile and report - reconcile each account to its statement balance, then run proof-of-cash, direct cash flow, and reconciliation reports for review and audit.
