NetLease Report Packages

Overview & User Case:

NetLease is bundled with an assortment of reports to support monthly reconciliations, financial reporting, disclosures, and lease administration. These reports can be easily compiled and exported on a regular basis using Report Packages. From the bundle, there are two default report packages that pull common report configurations. This article will go over the process to create custom report packages and how to generate report packages. 

STEP BY STEP PROCESS - CUSTOM PACKAGE CREATION

1. Navigate to NetLease > NetLease Setup > Manage Reporting Packages
2. To edit existing package, select Edit on the applicable record line
3. To create new package, select New NetLease Report Package  View full size
   1. On the Report Package Record, enter the desired name in the "Name" field and select the applicable reports
      1.  To select multiple reports, press CTRL and click on the desired reports
   2. Select Save to save the Custom Report Package

STEP BY STEP PROCESS - REPORT PACKAGE GENERATION

1. Navigate to NetLease > Reports > Generate Packages
2. Select applicable Report Package View full size
3. Select the appropriate Subsidiary, Accounting Period, and/or To/From Date 
4. Select Generate
5.  Once the processing status has changed to "Complete" you can export the excel report package by selecting Download View full size
